He has held prominent leadership roles, including Head of Department, Head of School, Executive Dean, Director, CEO, Academic Head at institutions such as Rand Afrikaans University, University of Johannesburg, Monash University South Africa, DaVinci Institute for Technology Management and Belgium Campus iTversity. An active contributor to the global research community, HB has authored 59 textbook chapters and 47 business case studies, while also serving on editorial boards and supervising postgraduate studies. In addition to his academic leadership, Prof Klopper has made a significant impact as a consultant and advisor to businesses, helping leaders adapt and build more agile organisations capable of continuous learning and growth. His expertise in empowering leaders has shaped numerous organisations across industries, driving innovation and sustainable development.
